After our industry-leading, non-invasive inspection, our clients are provided a detailed, digital inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. Our reports provide a clear snapshot of the property from roof to basement or crawl space, or... from overhead door to front office. Reports call out any areas visible at the time of the inspection which require maintenance or special attention along with photos of the most critical action points for easy review. Clients may also receive ancillary inspections such as Radon or pool/hot tub inspections as well.
